I couldn't see a thread for this in the FIFA section so apologies if one already exists.
I decided to finally pick this up yesterday though. It was reduced to £9.99 and i went for it.
Played one game and got beat 2-0 as Holland from Portugal... :$
I had to adjust the sliders after that. Didn't realize we had to redo them.
So far though. I like the presentation but it still lacks in the A.I department. We were told EA hadn't changed anything up but it DOES feel like a different game. :-/

Yep, gameplay is definitely different on it without a doubt.
Since playing the Euro 2012 tournament online a few times and eventually winning it I haven't really gone back to it.
It's a shame they just didn't add in simple things like 1v1 single match online with a friend etc

I'm a bit disappointed with some of the kits too. Big fan of the Dutch kits obviously but they're both FAR too light in the game. I heard about the unlicensed kits too. New territory for FIFA....

I've had several glitches with the game, game play is different and to be blatantly honest, it just seems like they rushed it.

I still have to go to the store to purchase the game each time I want to try and play it. It's a horrible waste of money, I suppose a tenner isn't as bad as the 1440pts I paid

Glad I was ill when this was released.. I would have instantly bought it.
It's a shame it sounds so bad. :( tournament games are usually fun. 2010 World Cup game was the last great FIFA.

I still have 2010 South Africa game on my shelf  Definitely one of, if not THE best FIFA to be made. Everything about it was great.

The World Cup 2010 game was better than both FIFA 11 & 12, no doubt about it whatsoever.

I never bought that game. :( Can't really remember why now. :D

The presentation on the game was outstanding, really gave the feel of the World Cup perfectly before the games started. You could even hear those horrendous Vuvuzelas in the crowd, but thankfully you could choose to turn the volume of them down. :D
The gameplay on it was just far better than the latest offerings we've had lately with FIFA.

Couldn't agree more with Davo. The feel of that game was so unique. If for some weird reason that game had 'International Clubs' on it, I would still be playing it now

It's what FIFA 11 should have been. :(
You should rent it Rye.

I wonder if it still works online? I know they took down the FIFA 10 servers..
We would still be playing FIFA 10 Clubs if they were working. :D

Good question Jas. I've got the game on my shelf, so I might give it a go later on or tomorrow and let you know. I genuinely hope they haven't though!
I remember when FIFA 11 came out, around halfway through, me and 2 other mates went on FIFA 10 whilst the servers were still working, and were searching for approximately 45 minutes for a club game. :D It goes to show how desperate we were to return to the beauty of FIFA 10 clubs...

I adored the 2010 WC game. Probably my most played tournament game. I had Euro 2000 which brought me back to the FIFA series from PES. My mate scratched me WC 2010 disc so i was lucky i had it installed on my 360 harddrive. I'd love to play it again.

I loved the WC game, Mainly due to having a licensed Wales team :)
Servers have been shutdown though unfortunately guys:

I have a similar problem. I have to go to the store each time I want to play, so that it recognises that I've bought the full version. Joke of a glitch!

Indeed.
FIFA 11 played hideously compared to the WC 2010 game, mainly due to them completely ruining the passing to the point where it felt like you were passing a Balloon around the pitch. Just no weight to anything. /sas

I shall have to rent it, or pick it up cheap.
I remember it was the first FIFA game that took on the new penalty accuracy bar style. Got slated at first but I think we're all used to it now. :D
