I just scored the best 3 goals in my first game ever, one was a great low drive at a tight angle, the second was great use of stepovers the get round the keeper, then finished at a tight angle, then the last was a 45 yard screamer but isn't in my match highlights :(

Annoying when it doesn't have a goal in the highlights. I think its when there's no celebration or anything and it just skips straight to kick off again.

Yeah maybe, my last goal was in the 92nd minute and I saw the keeper come out on the radar so I thought I would hit it.

I'm not sure i want to touch UT until i'm more used to the game overall. I've played 3 games so far.

Beat 2-0 in Career against Monti (french team) i was sheff utd! Horrendous defending by myself!

Holland (ME) vs Scotland - 0-0 (I won 3-0 on pens) Couldn't for the life of me, score during the game. Scotland had way more possession too.....

Second game was a challenge from a buddy.

Arsenal vs Man Utd (ME) - 'somehow' i went up 3-0 (chicharito and rooney are deadly) then he came back to 3-2 before it eventually ended 4-3 to myself.

So i think overall, i'm having crazily mixed games so far. I'll stay clear of UT and even H2H till i nail it :)

It is such a change in terms of defending this year that it's a wise move to take time to get used to it before playing more serious games.

FUT Web having a limit on the number of people that can be on at one time is really annoying. I've not been able to get on it once since the limit has been put on.

This demand comes simultaneously from FUT gameplay on consoles and now PCs, as well as via the FIFA Ultimate Team web app.

As with all server-based services, excessive demand can lead to degradation in the quality of the service we provide. So, to make sure the quality of the FUT experience on consoles and PC is as smooth as it can possibly be, we are temporarily capping the number of people who can access the Web App at the same time during times of peak load.

By restricting the amount of calls to our FUT database at key times via the web, we are much better able to maintain your game experience on the console.

If you find that you can’t login on the Web App, please try to access FUT via your console or PC and try again a little later when demand is likely to have decreased.

We are working hard to improve access soon, and are gradually increasing this limit over time, but in the meantime thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: Weekend 1-2 October. Access to the FUT Web App will be closely restricted over the whole weekend in order to protect the console experience at this time of extremely high demand.

I'm very surprised there's been no lag, delay or any connections issues of any kind on Pro Clubs so far, if this really is the biggest release of FIFA ever.

Just goes to show what can be achieved if you concentrate 100% on getting something right. :D

Yeh, Pro Clubs at the start of this version is far superior to what we had to suffer at the start of FIFA 11. It is so much smoother and not a hint of any of that disgraceful 6 second delay.

I have around 20k now. I feel like playing the market but I'm useless at it because I don't have the patience to sift through loads of auctions and wait. :D

It is better than buying packs though. I have next to no luck whenever I buy one of them.

Just seen on @TheRealGraoully 's twitter that a few people have been complaining that they've been banned from EA for abusing a bug, whereby they'd be getting free packs (I think it was a case of making numerous accounts and recieving gold packs when they started or something like that). Good to see they're clamping down on the cheaters, and I hope the bans stick. Graoully certainly doesn't seem likely to remove them by his responses to them, good man.

That is great news. :cool: It was some kind of glitch involving the code you get with the ultimate/special editions that give you free packs at start of each month. I know an awful lot of people on 360 were abusing it.

I doubt it would be the multiple accounts thing but I only think they did it because they would have lost money.

EA are doing great this year in terms of clamping down on the cheats.

Makes it all so much more worth playing and keeps the honest players interested.

What a shame they didnt ban all those total idiots using 8ft giants on FIFA 11 clubs mode. :mad:

They've done well on clubs mode on FIFA 12 so far though, with not a hacked VP in sight. :cool:

Get Kolo Toure for CB, absolute beast in the air, bit of pace on him and can unleash a mean long shot.

Yeah I still find Kolo Toure very hard to play against when someone has him as a defender.
