Let me introduce myself. My name's Roman, I'm from Ukraine

I haven't found such thread neither on your website, nor in EnglishNet (maybe I searched bad)
Now, the point of this thread.
In Ukraine, Russia and other countries of CIS, we played online version of fifa 12 career mode.
So, I suggest you to make your own online career mode (OCM). OCM include teams' budgets, transfers, Champions League and Europa League,
rewards for the end of the season. A more complicated OCM version envisages sponsors, players' salaries, goals for the season, etc, but it requires much more time & patience to calculate budgets, rewards, penalty pays, etc.

P.S. If you'll like this idea, I can show you example of regulations.

Ok. I'll discribe the OCM more detailed.
Career format. Career consists of 6 (six) related tournaments:
League A (higher division): 16 teams, 2 rounds, 30 games each team (quantity of teams can be changed), the last 2 teams after end of the season are demoted to the League B (lower division), and the teams that took 14 and 13 places from the bottom are playing with teams placing 4 and 3 in the League B, for the right to play in the League A.
League B (lower division): 16 teams, 2 rounds, 30 games each team (quantity of teams can be changed), two first teams (1st and 2d places) after end of the season are promoted to the League A, and the teams that took 4 and 3 places are playing with teams placing 14 and 13 in the League A, for the right to play in the League A.
Cup: 32 teams, matches start at 1/16 finals, the teams split into pairs by drawing, two games (home and away), away goals rule in action. The final consists of 1 match. Match for third place is not played.
Champions League: 16 teams (first 8 from the League A and first 8 from the League B, 4 groups of 4 teams in each, 2 rounds, 6 games, 2 first teams after all group matches go to the playoffs round of the Champions League ,third teams goes in the playoffs the Europa League. Play-off: 8 teams, matches start at 1/4 finals, teams by the drawing are split into pairs (each pair consist of teams, which finished first place in the group and the team, which finished second in the group), two games (home and away), away goals rule in action. The final consists of 1 match. Match for third place is not played.
Europa League: 16 teams (last 8 from the League A and last 8 from the League B, 4 groups of 4 teams in each, 2 rounds, 6 games, first place teams after all group matches go to the playoffs round of the Europa League. Play-off: 8 teams, matches start at 1/4 finals, teams by the drawing are split into pairs (each pair consist of teams, which finished first place in the group and the team, which demoted from Champions League), two games (home and away), away goals rule in action. The final consists of 1 match. Match for third place is not played.
European Super Cup: 1 game, 2 teams - the winner of the Champions League and the winner of the Europa League.

Matches are held on the rules: time - 6 minutes, game speed - normal, defending mode - tactical.
•The player must negotiate with the opponent to play the match himself, via origin, facebook, skype or any other means of communication.
•Opponents must choose contrasting kits.
•Replaying matches after interruption. After interruption, opponents play the remaining time. About remaining minutes the opponents negotiate themselves, but not less than 10 minutes of play. If the disconnection occurred during a penalty/corner/trhrow in/free kick etc, then replaying occurs after a similar situation (you need to knock the ball out of the field/make a foul etc).
•Players must use tactical defending. If a player uses the legacy defending, put Forfeit and will be charged a penalty pay.
•Game results are presented by a winner in form: screenshot of the final score with the authors of goals scored, screenshots of winner team's squad during the half-time break (2 screenshots - main squad and substitutes). In the case of a draw screenshots of squad are not necessary. No matter who submit a screenshot after the draw.
•The results of the match after interruption are presented as follows: scored goals before the break you can write as text (if you have screenshots, you can attach them), after the interruption the information present in the screenshots.
•Match results, presented in plain text form, except interrruption case, canceled.

Location is not a problem, but gaming platform and time zone are.
I can create a group in facebook, post there a regulations of career. In this group people will fill the registration form, post results of matches, make transfers, etc.
Or we can create own website, it will be better and more comfortable. But the best variant is, if people will registrate in CIS social network (english version available), cuz it has more functions than facebook, and suits for such activity.

I'll take some screenshots of our OCM and post there.

Yep. But as I said in post above, the best way to run such career is if people will register in CIS soc. network >> vk.com.
But if you want to make it here, I'd not mind.

I think PES had a similar idea and my friend was playing an online mode where users where given "x" amount of money to spend on players. However the list of players they could buy did not include the likes of Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney, etc.

I would be interested in something like this. Your descriptions of the mode was fine (no problems with the English )

Yeah, smth like that. The last variant of OCM I'm playing, we started playing with 4-star teams, and there was no limit for players we can buy. If I want to buy Ronaldo, i'll buy him, but only if I have enough money. Players transfer fees we take from transfermarkt.de (all prices in €). All teams have been given 30 mln € for transfers, but it is a limit for transfer window (TW), you can sign only 2 new players and sell 2 players in each TW, but you can fire your players (make them free agents (FA)) as much as you want, but refund you'll get for one FA player is equal to the half of his real price in transfermarkt.de. So, if player cost 10mln, you'll get only 5mln.

How do you buy/transfer players as in Fifa12 there are no options to this for online mode....unless there are???

Yes I really like the idea of this. I play a online football management game which is bit similar to this.

Yes I really like the idea of this. I play a online football management game which is bit similar to this.

It's very simple. You just need in main menu go to Customize Fifa>>Edit teams>>Change squads/rosters>>Club transfers. There you can make all transfers. Then you need to save this squads (my fifa 12>>fifa 12 profile>>save/load/delete>>select save, name it and press OK). So, before your OCM game you just need to load this squads.

Pre-match settings.
In OCM you can invite your opponent by 2 ways: match lobbies or online friendlies.
1) Match lobbies: you go to Online>>Custom games>>match lobbies. Then you have 2 options: geography and game modes. If you and your opponent from the same country you can select a geography, in other case you must select Game modes. In Game modes you both go to Head to Head #1, create a game and one of you join to other. Very simple.
2) Online friendlies: for this option, first you need to do is add your opponent to origin/psn/xbox live friends list. Then you select Online>>Online friendlies and select your opponents from friends list. After this by pressing 2 or A button on your gamepad, you'll see the Friendly match settings: Team level, Half lenght, Controls, Game speed and Squad type. The most important one is Squad type. When you create a game you must select CUSTOM squad type. It will enable you OCM squad. Other options must be the follows:
Team level - any
Half lenght - 6 min
Controls - any
Game speed - normal
Squad type - custom
That's all.

If we'll start career up, I can shoot few tutorial videos how to make transfers, begin to play, etc.

Thanks for the explanation @Richard_Dawkins . I have played a normal league on this forum and I used the online friendlies way. I wasn't sure about the transfers bit. We just need people to show an interest and then see if they are willing to participate.

It was my first match in new season and it was the debut of Torres in my team (we have just started 3 season of OCM).

I think, maybe if admin put this thread on main page, people would vote more actively...but maybe not.
Nevertheless, I think maybe it's time to create a registration thread?

Also, I think that such low interest for this thread can be explained by summer, many players have a really good time and fifa take a back seat. So, maybe it would be better to begin OCM after fifa 13 release...

You're wrong. Most of time it takes to fill in teams application form. For participants it doesn't take much time. All difficulties fell on organizer's shoulders, cuz he need to check applications, budgets, watch for compliance of transfer rules, etc. But I'm ready to undertake this duties.
